國民隊1局上Trea Turner先擊出安打，Bryce Harper獲保送，Daniel Murphy再擊出安打，打回1分，道奇1局下Adrian Gonzalez轟2分彈。

國民隊3局上Turner、Jayson Werth連續安打，Murphy打出高飛犧牲打，打回追平的第2分。道奇隊3局下Kershaw率先擊出二壘打，兩出局之後，Justin Turner再敲安打，送回超前的第3分，接下來Adrian Gonzalez、Josh Reddick都獲保送，Joc Pederson又被觸身球保送，擠回1分。
